Introduction
Japan's first coworking space inside a shopping complex
Fukuoka PARCO is full of culture, food, homeware and beauty shops — and the whole 5th floor of its annex is Zero-Ten Park.
The same floor has a café, a radio station, a talent agency and lesson studios. The operator describes a bright, lively atmosphere that only a fashion building can give.

A bright, lively floor
Drop-in needs no advance booking — register at reception on the day. The operator recommends it as a place to work at weekends and on holidays too.
It costs ¥660 an hour; three hours or more is capped at the ¥2,200 day rate. Phone booths are free, even for drop-in users.

02 · Meeting room and offices
Meeting rooms and private offices
Meeting rooms for 6–8 people have a monitor and a high-quality camera.
There are also semi-private offices open to the ceiling, and fully private offices.

03 · The building
Fukuoka PARCO, linked to Tenjin Station
It is directly linked to both the Fukuoka City Subway and the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line — an easy place to meet people.

What does “directly linked to the station” mean?
You can walk from the station gates or underground passages into the building without going outside.
Fukuoka PARCO is directly linked to both the subway's Tenjin Station and Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, so you arrive dry even on rainy days.
