Introduction
A hub for people who live and work creatively and globally in Kyoto
.andwork Kyoto calls itself Kyoto's most global workplace, used by everyone from people working nearby to digital nomads from around the world.
A lobby lounge, a working lounge with fast Wi-Fi and power, and a kitchen lounge are loosely connected on the same floor. Hotel guests passing through and the background music give the floor a pleasant mix of focus and comfort.
01 · Lounge
A lounge for hotel guests and workers alike
The lounge next to the front desk is open to both hotel guests and coworking users — for work, meeting people or a break.
Every evening a happy hour serves free draught beer here.

02 · Coworking space
Aeron chairs at every desk
Behind a glass wall off the lounge is a coworking area for focused work.
Every seat has a Herman Miller Aeron chair, so long working days stay comfortable.

03 · Kitchen
A self-service kitchen
The self-service kitchen next to the lounge has all the basic cooking tools, so you can make your own meals.
A self-service coffee machine serves coffee, tea and cocoa 24 hours a day.

04 · Booths and meeting room
Free phone booths and a paid meeting room
The phone booths are free and can be booked from your .andwork My Page.
For meetings there is a paid meeting room, booked by enquiry or email.

What is a digital nomad?
Someone who works online with a laptop while travelling, without a fixed place of work.
.andwork Kyoto says it draws digital nomads from all over the world, and offers memberships from one to four weeks.
